PROFESSIONAL

2022: Krieger played in 18 matches with 17 starts in the 2022 season with Gotham FC. 2021: Krieger saw action in 23 matches with Orlando Pride. 2020: Throughout the 2020 fall series, Krieger played every minute with Orlando. 2019: She appeared in 12 matches, playing every minute of each match she appeared in. She was named to the 2019 NWSL Best XI. 2018: Krieger started and played in 19 matches, recording two assists. She registered her 100th NWSL appearance match on July 14 at Utah. 2017: Krieger played in all 24 matches for Orlando, both starting and playing all 90 minutes throughout every match. This makes her the only Pride player to play in all 2,160 minutes. She was selected for the 2017 NWSL Best XI, for CONCACAF Female Best XI and was named to the NWSL Team of the Month in June and August this year. 2016: She led the Spirit to their first NWSL Championship appearance, scoring one goal during the regular season and also scoring in the Spirit’s semifinal victory over Chicago. Krieger appeared in 15 total matches, starting in all but one. She was acquired by the Pride via trade in November from Washington. 2015: During this season Krieger helped the Washington Spirit to clinch a berth in the playoff semifinal. She played 655 minutes in just eight matches, all starts, and helped the Washington Spirit to clinch a berth in the playoff semifinal. 2014: She started all 22 matches in which she played for the Spirit, compiling 1,935 minutes of playing time, the second most on the team. She helped the team earn their first NWSL playoff berth with a fourth-place regular season finish. She scored one goal and made one assist this season, and was named to the NWSL Best XI First Team. Krieger left Tyresö before the Champions League final to return to Washington for the start of the 2014 NWSL season. 2013: In 2013 Krieger played 1,422 minutes in 18 matches, and scored one goal with Washington. She was named to NWSL Second XI. She joined Tyresö in Sweden at the end of the year, playing in 11 total matches, including four Champions League matches. 2012: In 2012 Krieger was allocated to the Washington Spirit for the inaugural season of the NWSL. From here, she returned to Frankfurt and played six matches over the span of three months before coming back to the U.S. to play in NWSL. 2010-11: She helped Frankfurt win the German Cup in 2011 in front of more than 20,000 fans, making this her last match for Frankfurt. She played in 11 matches for Frankfurt, starting all of them, and scoring one goal. 2009: Krieger played in 10 matches while on loan with the Washington Freedom during the 2009 WPS season. 2008-09: Missed majority of season at Frankfurt due to a foot injury. 2008: She was allocated to the Washington Freedom before the start-up of Women’s Professional Soccer in 2008, but due to her contract with Frankfurt, she was initially unavailable to the Freedom. 2007-08: Krieger won “the treble” in 2008, winning a UEFA Women’s Championship, the Bundesliga title and the German Cup with Frankfurt. She scored her first goal in Germany on Feb. 24, 2008.

COLLEGE

Krieger played at Penn State University from 2003-06. She made 94 appearances and scored 11 goals. Krieger graduated from Penn State University as a two-time All-American and a First-Team NSCAA All-American. Throughout her collegiate career she started every match she played in, totaling 87 career matches and tallying 11 goals with 19 assists. She helped Penn State University to four consecutive Big Ten titles and was named 2006 Big Ten Co-Defensive Player of the Year and 2003 Big Ten Freshman of the Year.

INTERNATIONAL

2021: Krieger started in and had an assist during a 6-0 winning match over Colombia. 2020: She earned three caps for the USWNT, playing every minute of her three caps, and tallying an assist. 2019: 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup champion. Krieger made six appearances for the USWNT and appeared in three matches at the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup, including the final match. She recorded her 100th cap for USWNT after earning her first call-up to the USWNT in nearly two years. 2017: Krieger was selected to the CONCACAF Female Best XI after making two full match appearances. 2016: Krieger made her Olympic debut in 2016, becoming the oldest U.S. women’s soccer player to debut at the matches. Aside from this, Krieger appeared in 17 matches this year. 2015: Krieger was a member of the 2015 FIFA Women's World Cup Championship team, making this her second World Cup. She was a part of a stellar back line that allowed just three goals and five consecutive shutouts throughout the tournament. She recorded an assist and started in all seven matches, playing all but 10 minutes of the event. Krieger played 1,580 minutes over 22 matches, helping the U.S. win its 10th Algarve Cup title. 2014: Krieger appeared in 20 of the team’s 24 matches, starting 18 and logging 1,596 minutes (third on the team for field players) which are both career highs. She doubled her career assist total by adding three assists. 2013: Krieger returned to the U.S. team after fully recovering from knee surgery. She went on to play for 776 minutes in 10 matches, and scored her first WNT goal during a 5-0 win at the Algarve Cup. 2012: Krieger played in one match at the CONCACAF Olympic qualifying tournament before tearing her ACL, ruling her out for the year. 2011: Krieger had a breakout year, starting in all 16 matches in which she played and making the Women’s World Cup team. Krieger was one of four U.S. players to play every minute of the Women’s World Cup this year. She had two assists and converted the final penalty kick during the quarterfinal penalty shootout. 2010: Krieger played in eight matches for the USA, starting in four, and played for all 180 minutes during two matches at the CONCACAF Women’s World Cup Qualifying tournament. 2008: After making her first roster, Krieger debuted at the Four Nations Tournament in China. Her first call-up came in January. 2006-07: She played for U.S. U-21/U-23 Women’s National Teams.
