She is the Governor of Gotham FC, the New York / New Jersey National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) team, and acts as the lead owner. Carolyn serves on the NWSL Board of Directors, where she was selected to serve on the Executive Committee. She also acts as a strategic advisor to the Tisch Ownership Group at the New York Football Giants, supporting business growth and ownership interest.

Prior to founding Next 3, Carolyn served as Peloton’s Head of Global Marketing where she built and led the company’s first-ever brand and marketing teams, including Peloton’s successful launch of record-breaking fitness products (Peloton Bike+, Tread and App), international expansion, and the transition into a global public company.

A passionate New York community enthusiast, Carolyn served on the Leadership Council of the Robin Hood Foundation and The Illumination Fund. Carolyn's love for all things sports, contagious energy, family and creativity is perhaps best on display as the proud mom to Penelope, Theo and Alexander, and wife to Will.
