CAROLYN TISCH BLODGETT

NWSL LEAD GOVERNOR & CLUB BOARD MEMBER

Carolyn Tisch Blodgett is the CEO and Founder of Next 3, where she oversees a portfolio of assets at the intersection of sports, technology, and community. She is the Governor of Gotham FC, the New York / New Jersey National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) team, and acts as the lead owner. Under Carolyn’s leadership, the team has seen tremendous growth - a 50% increase in fan attendance, the largest sponsorship deal in club history, and the first-ever NWSL championship win. Carolyn serves on the NWSL Board of Directors, where she was selected to serve on the Executive Committee. She also acts as a strategic advisor to the Tisch Ownership Group at the New York Football Giants, supporting business growth and ownership interest.

Prior to founding Next 3, Carolyn served as Peloton’s Head of Global Marketing where she built and led the company’s first-ever brand and marketing teams, including Peloton’s successful launch of record-breaking fitness products (Peloton Bike+, Tread and App), international expansion, and the transition into a global public company.

An Honors graduate of Harvard Business School and Magna Cum Laude graduate of Yale University, Carolyn has received numerous awards including the Cynopsis Sports Navigator Luminary Award, Business Insider’s 25 Most Innovative CMOs in the World, Crain’s 40 under 40, AdWeek Brand Genius Award, and AdAge 40 under 40. A passionate New York community enthusiast, Carolyn served on the Leadership Council of the Robin Hood Foundation and The Illumination Fund. Carolyn's love for all things sports, contagious energy, family and creativity is perhaps best on display as the proud mom to Penelope, Theo and Alexander, and wife to Will.
