These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Gotham Waiting List Referral Program ("Referral Program") offered by NJ/NY Gotham Football Club LLC ("Gotham", "we", "our", or "us"). By participating in the Referral Program, you ("you" or "Participant") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility
The Referral Program is open only to current Season Ticket Members of Gotham as of the Effective Date. Employees, contractors, and agents of Gotham and its affiliates, as well as immediate family members of such individuals, are not eligible to participate.

2. Referral Program Description
A current Season Ticket Member ("Referrer"), using the form provided by Gotham, may refer new individuals ("Referee") to sign up for the Gotham Season Ticket Membership Waiting List. Gotham will contact each Referee with a link to sign up for the Waiting List and to make the requisite deposit therefore. The Referee must: Use the designated referral form and method provided by Gotham; Submit their complete and accurate information; and pay the deposit required for placement on the Waiting List (a “Qualifying Submission”); All of the above actions must be completed by 11:59 p.m. on September 4, 2025.

3. Reward
For each Qualifying Submission, both the Referrer and Referee will receive one (1) free ticket to the Gotham New Fan Night home match scheduled for September 7, 2025, at Sports Illustrated Stadium in Harrison, NJ ("Reward Ticket"). Reward Tickets: Are valid only for the September 7, 2025 Match; Have no cash value and non-refundable; Are subject to availability, seat location, and any venue or event restrictions. Limit of one (1) Reward Ticket per person per referral, regardless of the number of times a Referee is referred. A Referrer may receive multiple Reward Tickets for multiple Qualifying Submissions resulting from valid referrals.

4. Referral Process
Only referrals received and converted to a Qualifying Submission before the deadline of 11:59 p.m. on September 4, 2025 will be eligible for the Reward. If referrals are received from more than one Referrer for the same Referee, the first referral received will be credited for any Qualifying Submission. Gotham is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, illegible, or misdirected referrals or sign-ups or for any delay or failure to contact a referral.

5. Verification and Fulfillment
Gotham will verify all referral and Waiting List sign-up information. Reward Tickets will be distributed via email or digital ticketing platform by Gotham. Gotham reserves the right to withhold or revoke Reward Tickets if fraudulent or misleading information was submitted.

6. Privacy Policy
Any personally identifiable information collected as a result of participation in the Reward Program will be collected by Gotham and used: (a) for purposes of proper administration and fulfillment of the Reward Program as described in these Terms and Conditions; and (b) as described in Gotham’s Privacy Policy.

7. Other Terms
Gotham reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without notice. Participation in the Referral Program does not guarantee placement or priority on the Waiting List. By participating, you agree to be contacted by Gotham in connection with your participation. All decisions of Gotham regarding eligibility and reward distribution are final and binding.

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey without regard to its conflict of law principles.
