All tickets will be delivered digitally via the MLB Ballpark app. We encourage you to review your account and ensure all tickets appear as expected within the app before you arrive at Citi Field. Remember that screenshots of your tickets will not be accepted. Go to Mets.com/DigitalTickets for more information.
Bags that do not exceed 16"x16"x8" are permitted. Backpacks are not permitted, unless they are fully clear or required for ADA/medical reasons. Non-backpack diaper bags, strollers, and umbrellas are permitted.
If you arrive with a prohibited bag, temporary on-site lockers are available for a fee. Located in the parking lot next to Footy Fest, mobile lockers will be available starting at 5pm.
Official Citi Field parking lots open at 2pm and are $50 per spot. Cash will not be accepted as payment.
For those arriving via public transit, get off the 7 Train or the Port Washington LIRR at the Mets-Willets Point station.
If you redeemed a CarMax parking pass, the pass can be found in the MLB Ballpark app in your Events. Upon arriving, your pass will work at any of the general lots. The attendant will scan your voucher.
This match will feature lighting effects and pyrotechnics throughout the event. Guests who are sensitive to flashing lights or loud effects are encouraged to move to the concourse, where they may find a more sensory-friendly environment during these moments.
All entry points at Citi Field are ADA accessible. Elevators are located throughout the concourse and various listening, transmitting and noise cancelling devices, parking, restrooms, and closed captioning can be made via accessibility@nymets.com or call Ticket Services at 718-565-4360.
There is NO RE-ENTRY once fans pass through the gates. Do not enter the stadium if you plan to return back outside to Footy Fest before the match.
