
Gabriela Auxiliadora Sanchez joined Gotham FC in March 2025 as the club’s away team operations coordinator. In her role, Sanchez oversees all travel logistics for away matches across preseason, the regular season, CONCACAF and FIFA competitions and the playoffs, ensuring seamless execution of itineraries and compliance with league requirements. She also manages the team’s travel budget, including flights, hotels, meals and ground transportation, while maintaining accurate financial records and implementing cost-effective standards.
Prior to Gotham FC, Sanchez worked as a team operations coordinator for Fort Lauderdale United FC and served as an academy administrator intern with Inter Miami CF. She was also a participant in the Disney College Program as part of its first class following the COVID-19 pandemic.
A native of Miramar, Fla., Sanchez has three years of professional experience in soccer operations and player care. She holds CPR and SafeSport certifications and earned a bachelor’s degree in human development and family science from Florida State University, as well as MBAs in sport management from Florida International University and Escuela Universitaria Real Madrid. Fluent in English and Spanish, Sanchez is passionate about creating supportive, player-centered environments and is guided by the philosophy of continuous growth — always building, never finished.
