
Max Feldman joined Gotham FC in February 2025 and serves as the club’s head of soccer administration. In his role, Feldman works closely with the general manager on all facets of roster and cap management, including salary-cap strategy, player acquisition, contract and payroll administration and roster and salary-cap compliance with the league office. He also contributes to soccer operations budgeting and supports a wide range of strategic and organizational initiatives.
Before arriving at Gotham, Feldman worked in corporate strategy as an intern at Nike and later spent two years as a consultant with Deloitte. During his time at Duke University’s business school, he completed internships with the Arizona Coyotes’ strategy and analytics group and with the German Football Federation, where he contributed to sponsorship strategy. He also spent one season as a data analyst for Duke women’s soccer.
Feldman played collegiate soccer as a center back at Duke University, where he earned the John Rennie Team Award in his senior season. He holds a bachelor’s degree and a Master of Business Administration from Duke.
Originally from Durham, N.C., Feldman speaks English and Spanish. He enjoys hiking and completes a major hiking trip every other year with his father, with past destinations including Alaska, Scotland, New Zealand and Patagonia.
