How and when do I renew my season ticket membership?
Starting on January 21th, you will be able to renew your season tickets through your online Account Manager. We ask all 2021 season ticket members to log in to your Account Manager to renew. You will be able to pay for your membership in full or select a three-month, interest-free payment plan. The renewal deadline is February 11th.
Only renewed accounts will be eligible to participate in the relocation process in on March 19th, and your deposit does not qualify as a renewal for 2022. All renewals require an initial payment on your invoice, which, if applicable, will be credited towards your adjusted purchase price after relocation.

Can I relocate or upgrade my current season tickets?
All renewed season ticket members will be eligible to participate in our relocation process. Renewed accounts will receive more information about relocating via our in-person event at Red Bull Arena on March 19th, or over the phone with the assistance of your account representative.
Why did the price of my membership increase?
When we moved from Rutgers to Red Bull Arena, the increased value of the fan experience was unknown. We chose to keep prices the same for the 2020 and 2021 seasons because we needed to collect data that allowed us to quantify the value of the Gotham FC experience across various seat locations. We utilized that data to reprice the entire arena while still providing opportunities to purchase season tickets at an equal or lower price as 2021, but in different locations. It is extremely important to us that we continue to offer affordable prices to our fans as we balance the business realities of our continued and projected growth. We remain committed to providing the best experience in the league for our players and fans.
Red Bull Arena is a premier soccer venue, but you make it Gotham FC’s home. We will work with you to find a season ticket package that best fits your needs and budget.
What if I was a 2021 Season Ticket Member and I placed a deposit online already?
We got you! Your deposit goes towards your season tickets and is reflected in your current invoice. Please note that the deposit does not count as an initial payment and will not reserve you a spot in the relocation process. Ensure you are enrolled in our three-month interest-free payment plan or paid in full by February 11th.
Can I add seats to my account?

Will there be payment plans available for season tickets?
Yes! We are currently offering three-month, no-interest payment plans for all-season ticket packages.

How much do season tickets cost?
Season tickets start at $175.00 per seat in our Supporters Section, which is standing only and GA by section. Our goal is to make season tickets available to as many fans as possible, and we’re confident we can help you find a plan right for you.
How many matches are included in a season ticket plan?
Season ticket memberships include 14 home matches: 11 regular-season and 3 Challenge Cup matches.
What happens to my seniority as a season ticket member?
All seniority will carry over to 2022 if your initial payment is placed by February 11th.
Is my initial payment refundable?
Your deposit is non-refundable, but you can easily apply your payment towards group tickets or a smaller ticket package!
What if I cannot attend a game?
Don’t worry, you have options. Our “No Ticket Goes Unused” benefit allows season ticket members to add tickets to a future game at no extra cost. Seating for additional tickets will be based on availability, but an account executive will work with you to locate seats as close as possible to your season ticket location. Through your online Account Manager, you also have the option of transferring your tickets or selling them through the verified Ticketmaster Ticket Exchange.
What is the difference between club seats, general seating, and supporters seats?
Club seats are located in sections 109 & 110 with access to a private club that includes food & non-alcoholic drinks, VIP parking, a private entrance, and padded seats. Read more about club seats here.
General seating includes lower bowl seats and does not include food, beverage, or parking.
Our supporters section at Red Bull Arena is located in sections 101, 102, and 133. Please note these sections are standing room only.
How do I secure tickets in the Supporters Section?
Sections designated for Gotham Supporters include Sections 101, 102, and 133. These sections are safe-standing, with seats locked upright, so no sitting is possible. Away fans and/or gear are not allowed in the Gotham Supporters' Sections. Gotham supporters’ group Cloud 9 is an integral part of our fanbase. Click here to secure your seats.
I have referrals for season tickets and groups. What do I do?
As a Gotham FC Season Ticket Member, you know better than anyone why home field advantage matters. Help us grow our fanbase and refer a friend, coworker, or family member that might be interested in season tickets and/or group tickets. Fill out the form here to receive a special referral incentive when the purchase is complete.
For season ticket member referrals, Members will receive passes to the 1937 Club*, which is a private space inside the Arena with all-inclusive food & non-alcoholic beverages. The space also includes a full bar to purchase alcohol. The number of passes members receive will equal the total number of seats purchased through their referral.
*The match members receive these passes for will be determined based on limited options to be determined and provided by Gotham FC
*Only eligible based on a new membership referral. Former season ticket members and add ons to current membership are not eligible.
How do I secure ADA seating or ADA season ticket memberships?

How do I purchase single-match tickets?
Limited single-match tickets will be available closer to the season. Season tickets are currently the only way to lock in your seats for the 2022 season.
All season ticket members can purchase additional match tickets at a discounted rate through an account executive. Seating is based on availability.
