Professional
2025 (North Carolina Courage): Speck made her 100th NWSL regular season appearance in August. She concluded her decade-long tenure with the Courage as one of the club's longest-serving players, helping establish a championship culture while serving as a veteran leader on and off the field.

2023-24 (North Carolina Courage): After helping North Carolina win the 2023 NWSL Challenge Cup, Speck suffered a season-ending ACL injury midway through the campaign. She returned in 2024 to make 11 regular season appearances, completing her comeback while continuing her leadership role within the squad.

2021-22 (North Carolina Courage): Speck made 37 regular season appearances across two seasons, scoring her first NWSL goal and first career game-winner in 2021. She captained the Courage for the first time in 2022 and helped the club capture the 2022 NWSL Challenge Cup.

2017-20 (North Carolina Courage): An original member of the Courage following the club's relocation to North Carolina, Speck helped build one of the NWSL's greatest dynasties. She won two NWSL Championships (2018, 2019) and three consecutive NWSL Shields (2017-19).

2016 (Western New York Flash): Speck signed her first NWSL contract after beginning her professional career in Sweden. She made six appearances as the Flash captured the 2016 NWSL Championship before the club relocated to North Carolina.

2015 (Västerås BK30): Speck began her professional career in Sweden after a standout collegiate career at Yale University, becoming the first Yale alumna to play in the NWSL the following season.

College
Speck enjoyed one of the most accomplished careers in Yale women's soccer history from 2011–14, making 56 appearances while recording seven goals and 15 assists. A three-time First Team All-Ivy League selection, she became just the third player in program history to earn first-team All-Ivy honors three times and was also a two-time First Team All-New England selection. Speck served as team captain as a senior, earned Yale's Offensive MVP award in 2014, and helped lead the Bulldogs with her versatility, playing both in midfield and defense throughout her career.
